Who is this program for?

Individuals and Teams who want to take their business to the next level.

 

How long is the commitment for?

There is a 12 month commitment and the relationship will continue on a month-to-month basis thereafter with a thirty day cancellation.

 

Can I cancel early if I'm not happy?

Yes, you may cancel at any time with a 30 day written cancellation via our office address.

 

Is there an extra fee for the marketing materials?

No, we tried to make everything simple for you by including the marketing materials, coaching, tools and training the basic fee. You will recieve the marketing collateral packages monthly in pdf form, ready for you to overprint your information. No guessing, no figuring out your next month's marketing piece, we've done it for you. A professional, strategic and organized campaign that sets you apart!

 

How do I access the tools?

Once your membership is activated you will receive a username and password for mycoachingspot.com to access the archive, the other tools will be delivered via email and the daily feed that is available either through email or RSS feed.

 

Does this program work with my current broker?

Yes, we have clients with every brand and affiliation.

 

My broker does training, why do I need this program?

The broker's training is going to focus on risk management issues and caters to new agents.  We leave both those areas alone and only focus on helping true professionals build successful, stable and saleable real estate businesses.

 

Is there one on one coaching?

Yes, although the program is designed to meet all of your needs through group interaction and offers email support with our team, one-on-one coaching is available with any one of our coaches or subject matter experts at the reduced fee of $50/ per half hour.

 

How fast can I get started?

You  start the moment after you sign up when paying by credit card, within 24 hours if electing to pay with one of our billing options.

 

What if I have a team?

We are a big proponent for teams, especially profitably structured ones :)  We believe teams, either by ad-hoc (you are already using a loose team mortgage, title, escrow/attorneys, inspectors, etc.) or by purposed structure, are a necessary part of building a successful real estate business.  Our systems, structure, and tools were all designed to fit into personal or team applications.

 

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, EFT and/or Checks.

 

What is Your Refund Policy?

If you are unhappy for any reason, let us know within the first 14 days and we will happily give you a refund.
