By joining the YourRECoach program with Real Estate Business Advisors (REBA), I am confirming that I fully understand the terms and conditions of acceptance as a member of the YourRECoach prgram. If, at any time during my membership with the YourRECoach program I have or choose to have licensees or non-licensees who operate under my supervision or as part of my team, I understand that I am fully responsible for their compliance with REBA policy as outline herein and as updated by REBA.

I understand that the benefits of being member are only available to REALTORS who have been accepted by and are in good standing with REBA.

I am aware that my opportunities for success are dependent upon my full utilization and long term commitment and use of the marketing, advertising, public relations and coaching within the YourRECoach program and failure to utilize program components as prescribed may reduce my chances of success.

While coaching as support is a benefit of my YourRECoach membership, I understand that I may incur charges from my telephone service provider when I participated in the Webinars or Conference Calls.  

Additionally, if I am paying for my YourRECoach membership with a credit or debit card. I am representing that I am an authorized user of the credit card number I provide REBA. I understand and fully agree that I will be charged per the invoice amount(s). I agree to the terms, conditions, and limitations of this contract and my cardholder agreement.

If the credit / debit card that I am using for my YourRECoach membership expires or is unable to be charged during the term of my membership and obligations to REBA , I will promptly provide REBA  with an alternative card or payment subject to the approval of REBA.

I understand that after I pay my annual YourRECoach membership fee, there is no additional cost for membership benefits (marketing materials, advertising materials, public relations, coaching, etc.) I understand that the membership fee is fully earned by REBA upon joining and each renewal.

I understand that YourRECoach has one established annual membership, but, may offer substantial discounts depending on how I choose to pay for my membership.  I have reviewed each option and have chosen the best option available to me.

I understand that due to increases in cost of living, added programs, third party vendor costs or other circumstances beyond the control of REBA, membership renewals fees will be subject to the then current YourRECoach membership fee and program. YourRECoach will notify me of any changes at the time of my renewal.

In order to enjoy the full value of my YourRECoach program membership, I understand that:

1) Initially, my membership commitment intention is one (1) year. After the initial year and providing my membership is in good standing with REBA , I may renew my membership on a month to month basis by paying the then current membership fees and abiding by the then membership standards as set forth by REBA.

2) I understand that once YourRECoach has accepted me as a member I will be charged on the first day of membership activation via the credit card submitted or billed according to that date.

3) I agree to auto-billing at intervals commensurate with my billing option. If payment is by Credit/Debit card, all charges will be made to the credit / debit card I have provided. If REBA  is not able to charge the credit / debit card I have provided, I will provide REBA  with another credit / debit card or will pay any and all amounts for which I am obligated to REBA  by check, money order, certified funds or wire transfer upon demand by REBA.

4) I understand that all YourRECoach program membership fees are earned at the time of joining or renewal and are, therefore, non-refundable.

5) I understand that if I have made ANY other payment arrangements with REBA, such arrangements MUST be made in writing and executed by myself and an Authorized Representative with REBA.

6) I understand that my YourRECoach membership benefits and all other programs and services offered by REBA may be added to, changed, modified or eliminated as deemed necessary solely at the discretion of REBA.

7) I understand all REBA coaching, marketing themes, marketing programs, advertising and public relations initiatives are owned by REBA and are available to be used by me providing I am a member in good standing with REBA.

For the protection of other YourRECoach program members and to maintain the integrity of the REBA intellectual property, my failure to stay within REBA  guidelines and policy can cause undue harm to REBA. This shall be deemed to include sharing or dissemination of proprietary information or materials in any form with anyone outside of the REBA network.

Therefore, I understand that REBA  will enforce and prosecute authorized and unauthorized misuse of its marks and property to the fullest extent of the law.

8) I understand that my YourRECoach membership includes select REBA  proprietary materials. REBA will provide me with PDF or Word materials that I may need to personalize, print and distribute at my expense.

Through various REBA  strategic partnerships, I may be able to upgrade my YourRECoach  Basic Package to include a full array of custom marketing materials and a personal image makeover that includes but is not limited to print, web and mass media. Any cost associated with such an upgrade will be at my expense and negotiated at terms acceptable to me and that specific REBA Strategic Partner.

9) I understand that should a dispute arise concerning any REBA Strategic Partner, the polices of that specific strategic partner shall prevail and I will fully release and hold harmless REBA  from any liability or claim associated with such dispute.

10) Notwithstanding the terms and conditions herein, I understand that I may cancel my YourRECoach  Membership, without recourse, at any time providing that I must cancel with a 30 day notice, in writing and by USPS. (Be certain to state that you wish to cancel and include the reason for cancellation, then, sign and mail the cancellation form back to REBA  at the address listed below.

Should my YourRECoach  Membership be canceled for cause or without cause by me or REBA, I understand that I will immediately cease and desist representing myself as a YourRECoach  member and any affiliation with or use of the REBA intellectual property, my failure to use same within REBA guidelines and policy can cause undue harm to REBA. Therefore, I understand that REBA  will enforce and prosecute authorized and unauthorized use of its marks and property to the fullest extent of the law.

I understand that I will receive a confirmation that will cancel my YourRECoach member benefits within 14 business days of receipt of  cancellation request. (Phone call and email cancellation notifications are not an acceptable and valid cancellation request, and will not be considered or fulfilled.)
